Education:
I hold a degree in Electronics from Southern California Institute of
Technology. I graduated in 1995 with a 4.0 grade point average.
Experience:
After graduating from SCIT, I began working for the largest
CASIO ®
Authorized Warranty Service Center in the USA, as the lead electronics
technician. I worked for the company for about 4 years. In
1998 I purchased this Service Center and took over all operations.
Along with the support of my staff, I made my company, Cason Enterprises, the number one service
center for CASIO ® in the USA. We handled more Watch (time
pieces), Calculators, Musical instruments etc., repairs than any
other service center, including the CASIO ® Service Center in New
Jersey.
In 1999 I was approached by CASIO PhoneMate ®, the
telephone division of CASIO ®, and was personally asked by the president
of CASIO ® to take on service for the
telephone products for the entire country. I opened a new company and doubled our staff and repair capabilities.
In 2002 I decided to take my company in a new
direction. This has given me the ability to focus on providing the best
service possible.
My Goal
My passion is my business and knowledge of CASIO ® products.
